Dynamic Forming, established in 2009, is the North American Sales Division of Her Chang Elaborate Co. LTD.

Her Chang was founded in Taiwan in 1993, focusing on Watch Casings and Belt Buckle manufacturing. In 2002 the Sporting Goods Division was begun, and in 2006 the Consumer Electronics Division was begun.
Currently there are three manufacturing facilities, one in Taiwan and two in China. A fourth facility opened in Taiwan, January 2011. With 2009 revenue of 45 million US dollars, Her Chang currently employs over 1300 employees in China and over 100 in Taiwan.
