Dynamic Forming has been producing stamped and forged parts since 1995. These parts have been produced for leading Watch, Sporting Goods and Electronic companies, not only providing the precise tolerances, but the high end finishes and cosmetics which are also required.
Co Molding
We have the capability to co-mold any of your forged or stamped parts with rubber or urethane, both for functional or decorated requirements.
Materials & Methods
We use various materials including Fe/Al/SS/Ti and other high strength steel. The materials used in our double injection and co-molding technologies include TPU/PC/Nylon/ABS. Finishing methods include sand blasting, coatings such as chrome plating, anodizing, etching and screen printing.
